Whilst DEC is a young company, its CEO Engr. Rabindra Nath Sarker has fifteen years structural and engineering design experience with licensing by International Code Council, ICC USA. At the same time he is maintaining close contact with BRTC (BUET) experts and assisted them in many projects through which he gathered some invaluable experience as a consultant.
